Return Policy

We want you and your pet happy. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

• Window: You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
• How: Email hello@petwizo.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send return instructions.
• Refunds: Once we receive and check the item, we refund to your original payment method. It can take a few business days to appear.
• Damaged or wrong item: Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, no need to ship it back in most cases.
