Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, email us at support@petwizo.com.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any free-shipping offers will be shown on the product or cart page.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us at support@petwizo.com and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us quickly and we'll do our best to help.
